update(class/wireless/usbh_rndis): support Android RNDIS class code (0xEF/0x04/0x01)

Android phones expose USB tethering with the RNDIS interface class code 0xEF / subclass 0x04 / protocol 0x01 instead of the standard wireless class 0xE0 / 0x01 / 0x03. Add a matching class info so these devices are probed by the RNDIS class driver and work out of the box.
