merge command can merge plaintext IP &amp; CIDR from standard input, then print the merged result to standard output

usage example:
curl https://example.com/path/to/your/plaintext/cidr.txt | geoip merge

cat ./path/to/your/plaintext/cidr.txt | geoip merge
