IPInfo upgraded the free geolocation database to `lite` and changed the database fields. For more details see: https://ipinfo.io/lite

Use the configuration option `sourceMMDBURI`
to specify the URI to the official MMDB files,
so that the output MMDB files are fully compatible
with the official ones.
