[bsp][stm32] add B-U585I-IOT02A BSP (#7778)
B-U585I-IOT02A芯片为STM32U585AIIxQ，与stm32u575-st-nucleo板卡接近，因此参考stm32u575-st-nucleo对B-U585I-IOT02A板卡的BSP进行了实现
