[bsp][stm32][stm32/stm32f427-robomaster-a/]修改部分配置错误
1. 引入 #3062 '[bsp][Kconfig]在bsp的Kconfig中select组件初始化与user main的选项'所做的修改至本BSP包
2. 删去原rtconfig.h中非必要及无意义的配置，包括sensor,pwm,uart3,dma.
