Fill the mDNS domain name buffers with their array size instead of the size of the MDNS_DOMAIN_MAXLEN constant. This preserves the test intent of leaving different trailing bytes after equal names are encoded.

The RT_USING_CPU_USAGE_TRACER print block was duplicated identically in
both the ARCH_CPU_STACK_GROWS_UPWARD and the normal branch of
list_thread(). Both branches only differ in the stack usage line (which
has no trailing newline), so move the single shared block after the
#endif of the stack-growth conditional. No functional change.

rt_pci_ep_set_msi() checked the set_msix callback before calling set_msi. That rejects endpoint controllers that implement MSI without MSI-X, and can call through a NULL set_msi pointer when only MSI-X is provided.
The same helper converts a requested MSI vector count into the log2 field passed to the controller. Stop after the first value large enough for the request so smaller requests are not widened by later loop iterations.

rt_pic_linear_irq() stores irq_nr as a count and assigns pic->pirqs to the first entry in that range. rt_pic_find_pirq() therefore must treat the upper bound as exclusive.
The inclusive check could return pic->pirqs[irq_nr] when irq equals irq_start + irq_nr, which is one entry past the allocated range.

Valid slew_rates indices are 0 through RT_ARRAY_SIZE(slew_rates) - 1.
The current check rejects only values greater than the table size,
allowing slew_idx == RT_ARRAY_SIZE(slew_rates) to index one element
past the table.

Move the command length checks before reading command buffers while parsing module, script, and LWP command names. This keeps commands without separators from reading one byte past the provided length.

_dac_control() checked the enabled callback before invoking disabled for RT_DAC_CMD_DISABLE. That can reject DAC drivers that provide a disable callback without enable, and can call through a NULL disabled callback when only enable is implemented.
Check the disabled callback in the disable command path so the guard matches the operation being dispatched.

The receive sequence filter maps incoming data-frame sequence numbers to zero-based frame offsets. RT_LINK_FRAMES_MAX is the maximum number of split frames, so valid offsets are 0 through RT_LINK_FRAMES_MAX - 1.
Reject offset == RT_LINK_FRAMES_MAX before frame handling instead of letting it reach long-frame assembly.

This change fixes intermittent failures of the `core.smp_bind_affinity`
utest across SMP CI targets. The original failure was a flaky assertion on
unbound threads (`thread_inc[x] != thread_tic[x]` in thread_entry), not
incorrect bind_cpu behavior. CI logs already showed T0 binding worked
(thread_inc[0] == thread_tic[0] == 100) while the not_equal check failed.
The root issue is that unbound-thread CPU placement is platform-dependent
and outside the bind_cpu contract. On dual-core RISC-V/ARMv7 CI, an
unbound thread may legitimately run all iterations on core 0 while T0
delays on the same core, so any assertion requiring cross-core migration
(thread_inc != thread_tic, or core_mask with multiple bits) remains flaky.
This patch narrows the test to what bind_affinity actually verifies: T0
bound to core 0 must always execute on core 0. Unbound threads only add
scheduling pressure; their core_mask is printed for observation but not
asserted.
Changes:
- Sample `rt_hw_cpu_id()` and update counters under `rt_sched_lock` to
avoid migration skew between counting and CPU sampling.
- Track `thread_core_mask` for diagnostics; assert only T0 binding via
`thread_inc[0] == thread_tic[0]` and `thread_core_mask[0] == 1`.
- Remove flaky unbound-thread assertions (`thread_inc != thread_tic` and
multi-core core_mask checks).
- Move T0 assertions to the main test thread after all workers finish.
- Use atomic `finsh_flag`; reset counters and `threads[]` in `utest_tc_init`.
- Spin in worker loops after `run_num` until cleanup deletes them (do not
return from thread_entry or use `RT_WAITING_FOREVER` with `rt_thread_delay`).
- Guard `rt_thread_delete` in cleanup with non-NULL checks.

The previous commit placed the test in a new top-level tests/ directory
that does not exist in the RT-Thread repo structure and used the external
check library. Move the test to examples/utest/testcases/lwp/ and rewrite
it using RT-Thread's native utest framework, add a Kconfig symbol
(RT_UTEST_LWP_TTY_PTMX), and wire it into Kconfig.utestcases.
