Six block pool services carry an in-line trace insert, and no test in the SMP
suite drove any of them with tracing enabled. Four sites stood at one of twelve
branch outcomes and the create and the delete at five of twelve, so 58 outcomes
of the macro's six conditions were never taken.

A new test walks the six services once per condition: thread context, the event
class filtered out, interrupt context through the ISR dispatch, initialisation
context, the state an interrupt presents, and a buffer wrap with and without a
notification registered. The last two passes go through the internal entry
points, because the error checking shell rejects a create from an interrupt and
a delete from any caller that is not a thread. The buffer is positioned one
entry short of its end and the positioning and the call are held under one SMP
protection, so the boundary entry is the service's own by construction; the pass
asserts a wrap per service rather than in total.

58 of 58 outcomes, every site at twelve of twelve. 129/129 in each of eight
configurations with retries disabled.
