Six byte pool services carry an in-line trace insert, and no test in the SMP
suite drove any of them with tracing enabled. Four sites stood at one of twelve
branch outcomes and the create and the delete at five of twelve, so 58 outcomes
of the macro's six conditions were never taken.

A new test walks the six services once per condition, in the shape the block
pool test uses. The two subsystems differ in what an interrupt may call and the
test reads that out of each error checking shell rather than assuming symmetry:
the byte allocate and the byte release are rejected at any non-zero system state
below initialisation, where the block pool permits both, so only the prioritize
and the information get run from the ISR pass here.

58 of 58 outcomes, every site at twelve of twelve. 129/129 in each of eight
configurations with retries disabled.
