The six event flags services carry the same in-line trace insert as the
semaphore and mutex ones, with the same twelve outcomes from six conditions.
Four of the six sites had never run the macro body and the create and the delete
reached five outcomes of twelve, for the same reason: one test of 117 enabled
tracing.

A new test applies the pattern to the event flags services. The flag the set
raises is consumed by the get that follows it and the scratch group is created
by the first service and deleted by the last, so a pass leaves the system as it
found it. The set notification service is compiled out under
TX_DISABLE_NOTIFY_CALLBACKS and returns from above its own insert, which the
per-service expected-status function absorbs.

All six event flags trace sites read twelve of twelve, and the ten tx_event_
files are at 323/323 lines and 206/206 branch outcomes on the union basis. With
this the twenty trace inserts across the three subsystems are closed and the
thirty-three files of the group are at 1074/1074 lines. 123/123 tests pass in
each of the eight configurations, and the new test passes fifty standalone
repeats in every one of them.
