* license: use SPDX identifiers for src/ headers Replace the full ~20-line MIT license boilerplate on every src/ file with a two-line SPDX tag (SPDX-FileCopyrightText + SPDX-License-Identifier), following the REUSE convention used by CircuitPython and the Linux kernel.
