stm32h7: tune stm32h743eval ozone trace reference
+100 ps sample timing at 400 MHz core / 50 MHz TRACECLK (PLL1R-fixed),
width 4. Startup-burst overflow at 400 MHz is expected; board.h documents
the PLLN reduction for overflow-free capture.
