<title>clang-format: Add configuration file</title>

Introduce .clang-format configuration file to U-Boot, providing
significant improvements over the existing scripts/Lindent approach for
C code formatting.

Benefits of clang-format over scripts/Lindent:

- More comprehensive formatting rules: While Lindent relies on the basic
'indent' tool with limited options, clang-format provides extensive
control over code formatting with 800+ configuration options

- Better handling of complex code structures: clang-format understands
modern C constructs and handles nested structures, macros, and complex
  expressions more intelligently

- IDE and editor integration: Native support in major development
environments (VS Code, Vim, Emacs, etc.) enables real-time formatting

- Consistent results across environments: Eliminates variations between
different versions of 'indent' tool and system configurations

- Active maintenance: clang-format is actively developed and updated,
  unlike the aging 'indent' tool

Alignment with Linux kernel practices:

Continues U-Boot alignment with Linux kernel development practices,
maintaining consistency between these closely related projects. The
Linux kernel adopted clang-format to modernize its code formatting
infrastructure and improve developer experience.

The .clang-format file is based on the Linux kernel configuration,
specifically copied from Linux kernel v6.16 tag, which itself builds
upon the initial introduction in commit d4ef8d3ff005c ("clang-format:
add configuration file").

In a private fork, it's not unreasonable to commit various binary
files associated to one's project, and thus put a suitable
.gitattributes file next to it to force git to treat that file as
binary. In my case, I have a .xslx spreadsheet used for computing
suitable RAM timing tables, which I wanted to put in
board/&lt;vendor&gt;/&lt;project&gt;. Git duly warned me that it would do LF/CRLF
mangling, so I also added a .gitattributes file next to it with

  *.xlsx binary

but upon adding that file, git told me that I'd have to use -f because
it's a dot-file that is by default ignored.

Add .gitattributes to the list of dot-files that should not be
ignored.

While in here, sort the list and update the comment, as there are also
files which git itself does not make use of in the list, cf. linux
commit f46e65da48b2 (".gitignore: exclude .get_maintainer.ignore and
.gitattributes").

Add new etype which generates the Renesas R-Car Gen4 SA0 header.
This header is placed at the beginning of SPI NOR and describes
where should data from SPI NOR offset 0x40000 be loaded to, and
how much data should be loaded there. In case of U-Boot, this is
used to load SPL and possibly other payload(s) into RT-VRAM.

Add new binman etype which allows signing both the SPL and fitImage sections
of i.MX8M flash.bin using CST. There are multiple DT properties which govern
the signing process, nxp,loader-address is the only mandatory one which sets
the SPL signature start address without the imx8mimage header, this should be
SPL text base. The key material can be configured using optional DT properties
nxp,srk-table, nxp,csf-crt, nxp,img-crt, all of which default the key material
names generated by CST tool scripts. The nxp, unlock property can be used to
unlock CAAM access in SPL section.
