spl: fit: add support for post-processing of images

The next stage boot loader image and the selected FDT can be post- processed by board/platform/device-specific code, which can include modifying the size and altering the starting source address before copying these binary blobs to their final destination. This might be desired to do things like strip headers or footers attached to the images before they were packaged into the FIT, or to perform operations such as decryption or authentication. Introduce new configuration option CONFIG_SPL_FIT_IMAGE_POST_PROCESS to allow controlling this feature. If enabled, a platform-specific post-process function must be provided. Kconfig: Add a new DISTRO_DEFAULTS Kconfig option

DISTRO_DEFAULTS is intended to mirror / replace include/config_distro_defaults.h. The intend is for boards which include this file to select this from their Kconfig files and when moving setting to Kconfig which are #define-ed in config_distro_defaults.h to select this from DISTRO_DEFAULTS so that boards which have selected DISTRO_DEFAULTS will keep the same configuration as before without needing any defconfig file changes. The initial list of selected things matches all settings recently removed from config_distro_defaults.h because they have been converted to Kconfig, with the exception of CMD_ELF and CMD_NET, which have a default of y, if the default of these ever changes they should be selected by DISTRO_DEFAULTS too. For testing and example purposes this commit also converts ARCH_SUNXI to use DISTRO_DEFAULT instead of selecting everything it needs itself. Signed-off-by: Hans de Goede

verified-boot: Minimal support for booting U-Boot proper from SPL

This allows a board to configure verified boot within the SPL using a FIT or FIT with external data. It also allows the SPL to perform signature verification without needing relocation. The board configuration will need to add the following feature defines: CONFIG_SPL_CRYPTO_SUPPORT CONFIG_SPL_HASH_SUPPORT CONFIG_SPL_SHA256 In this example, SHA256 is the only selected hashing algorithm. Kconfig: Move CONFIG_FIT and related options to Kconfig

There are already two FIT options in Kconfig but the CONFIG options are still in the header files. We need to do a proper move to fix this. Move these options to Kconfig and tidy up board configuration: CONFIG_FIT CONFIG_OF_BOARD_SETUP CONFIG_OF_SYSTEM_SETUP CONFIG_FIT_SIGNATURE CONFIG_FIT_BEST_MATCH CONFIG_FIT_VERBOSE CONFIG_OF_STDOUT_VIA_ALIAS CONFIG_RSA Unfortunately the first one is a little complicated. We need to make sure this option is not enabled in SPL by this change. Also this option is enabled automatically in the host builds by defining CONFIG_FIT in the image.h file. To solve this, add a new IMAGE_USE_FIT #define which can be used in files that are built on the host but must also build for U-Boot and SPL. Note: Masahiro's moveconfig.py script is amazing. Move all command code into its own directory

There are a lot of unrelated files in common, including all of the commands. Moving them into their own directory makes them easier to find and is more logical. Some commands include non-command code, such as cmd_scsi.c. This should be sorted out at some point so that the function can be enabled with or without the associated command. Unfortunately, with m68k I get this error: m68k: + M5329AFEE +arch/m68k/cpu/mcf532x/start.o: In function `_start': +arch/m68k/cpu/mcf532x/start.S:159:(.text+0x452): relocation truncated to fit: R_68K_PC16 against symbol `board_init_f' defined in .text.board_init_f section in common/built-in.o I hope someone can shed some light on what this means.
