configs: Migrate RBTREE, LZO, CMD_MTDPARTS, CMD_UBI and CMD_UBIFS

The above CONFIG options are in Kconfig, and now have correct depends and inter-dependencies. Migrate these to configs/ from include/configs/. In the case of CMD_UBIFS also change it to be a default y if CMD_UBI. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini
