sun5i: Add defconfig and dts file for the Empire Electronix D709 tablet

The Empire Electronix D709 tablet is a fairly standard 7" A13 tablet, featuring usb-wifi, a micro-sd slot, micro-usb otg and headphone jack. Empire Electronix is written on the back of the tablet, the D709 model info can be found in the about tablet menu in android. The PCB has no markings to speak of. sunxi: Add support for the Lamobo R1 board

The lamobo-r1 board, sometimes called the BPI-R1 but not labelled as such on the PCB, is meant as a A20 based router board. As such the board comes with a built-in switch chip giving it 5 gigabit ethernet ports, and it has a large empty area on the pcb with mounting holes which will fit a 2.5 inch harddisk. To complete its networking features it has a Realtek RTL8192CU for WiFi 802.11 b/g/n. The dts file is identical to the one submitted upstream. Various Makefiles: Add SPDX-License-Identifier tags

After consulting with some of the SPDX team, the conclusion is that Makefiles are worth adding SPDX-License-Identifier tags too, and most of ours have one.
