The LDB clock sources don't have to be the same, so allow DI1 clock to
be configured separately.

Unlikely to be significant, but the reason will become apparent in the
following commit.

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.

Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.

This requires quite a few header-file additions.

<title>arm: Don't include common.h in header files</title>

It is bad practice to include common.h in other header files since it can
bring in any number of superfluous definitions. It implies that some C
files don't include it and thus may be missing CONFIG options that are set
up by that file. The C files should include these themselves.

Update some header files in arch/arm to drop this.

Introduce disable_ipu_clock(). This is done in preparation for
configuring the NoC registers on i.MX6QP in SPL.

Afer the NoC registers are set the IPU clocks can be disabled.

<title>SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style</title>

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

<title>imx: mx6: Fix procedure to switch the parent of LDB_DI_CLK</title>

<id>urn:sha1:90d7cc42b31251548b3cfb0e65a266020159784d</id>
<content type='text'>
Due to incorrect placement of the clock gate cell in the ldb_di[x]_clk tree,
the glitchy parent mux of ldb_di[x]_clk can cause a glitch to enter the
ldb_di_ipu_div divider. If the divider gets locked up, no ldb_di[x]_clk is
generated, and the LVDS display will hang when the ipu_di_clk is sourced from
ldb_di_clk.

To fix the problem, both the new and current parent of the ldb_di_clk should
be disabled before the switch. This patch ensures that correct steps are
followed when ldb_di_clk parent is switched in the beginning of boot.

This patch was ported from the 3.10.17 NXP kernel
http://git.freescale.com/git/cgit.cgi/imx/linux-2.6-imx.git/commit/?h=imx_3.10.17_1.0.1_ga&amp;id=eecbe9a52587cf9eec30132fb9b8a6761f3a1e6d
