Import include/linux/dma-direction.h from Linux 4.13-rc7 and delete
duplicated definitions of enum dma_data_direction.

Added dma_free_coherent corresponding to the dma_alloc_coherent in
dma-mapping.h in order to free memory allocated using dma_alloc_coherent.
This API is used in dwc3 driver.

Even though the MMU/D-cache is off, some DMA engines still
expect strict address alignment.

For example, the incoming Faraday FTMAC110 &amp; FTGMAC100 ethernet
controllers expect the tx/rx descriptors should always be aligned
to 16-bytes boundary.

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.
