global_data: Reduce size of early-malloc vars

The early malloc region is normally quite small and is certainly less
than 4GB, so use a 32-bit value for the limit and pointer. Update the
comments for clarity while we are here.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

This follows the example of RISC-V where  includes
 directly as "gd" includes a reference to bd_info already
and so the first must include the second anyhow. We then remove
 from all of the places which include references to "gd"
an so have  already.

global: Move remaining CONFIG_SYS_* to CFG_SYS_*

The rest of the unmigrated CONFIG symbols in the CONFIG_SYS namespace do
not easily transition to Kconfig. In many cases they likely should come
from the device tree instead. Move these out of CONFIG namespace and in
to CFG namespace.

asm/mach_type.h header and CONFIG_MACH_TYPE macro are arm-specific, so move
related bdinfo logic to arch_setup_bdinfo() in arch/arm/lib/bdinfo.c.

There are some calls to bdinfo_print_num_l() with parameters that
could be a 64-bit value on a 32-bit system. Change those calls to
use bdinfo_print_num_ll() instead.
