The LDB clock sources don't have to be the same, so allow DI1 clock to
be configured separately.

Unlikely to be significant, but the reason will become apparent in the
following commit.

The TQMa6UL[L]x is a family of SoMs based on the i.MX6UL[L] SoCs.
They are available either with board connectors or as LGA packages
with solder balls. Add Support for the SoM and its combination with
our MBa6ULx carrier board. For use with the MBa6ULx carrier board,
the LGA variant is soldered onto an adapter board.

<title>sata: Rework the CMD_SATA and SATA symbols</title>

Today we typically enable CMD_SATA in order to have the SATA
functionality itself enabled, despite there being a clean split between
the two symbols. This in turn leads to potential configuration problems.
Split things so that SATA continues to be separate and not CMD_SATA
instead depends, functionally, on AHCI being enabled.

To do all of this:
- Have X86 select AHCI directly rather than "default y" it later.
- Make CMD_SATA be a default y option, given the split of platforms that
enabled SATA and did, or did not, enable CMD_SATA.
- Change "imply CMD_SATA" to "imply SATA"
- Correct TARGET_VEXPRESS64_JUNO because you cannot select SATA_SIL
without PCI (and in turn, SATA is needed for SATA_SIL).
- Update a number of defconfigs to have no functional change.

This patch renames the board directory from board/freescale to
board/nxp because NXP now provides Board Support Packages (BSPs) and
tools for the former Freescale i.MX and other i.MX products.

All relevant references have been updated accordingly. This change does
not affect functionality.

The change in commit c1af358cf51a ("imx: mx6ull: fix REFTOP_VBGADJ
setting") is not correct. According to latest i.MX6ULL fuse table,
the REFTOP_TRIM[2:0] fuse is defined as below. So the previous codes
are correct, only need to fix the comments.

Set the REFTOP_VBGADJ field in PMU_MISC0 register based on the
REFTOP_TRIM fuse:
'000" - set REFTOP_VBGADJ[2:0] to 3'b000
'001" - set REFTOP_VBGADJ[2:0] to 3'b001
'010" - set REFTOP_VBGADJ[2:0] to 3'b010
'011" - set REFTOP_VBGADJ[2:0] to 3'b011
'100" - set REFTOP_VBGADJ[2:0] to 3'b100
'101" - set REFTOP_VBGADJ[2:0] to 3'b101
'110" - set REFTOP_VBGADJ[2:0] to 3'b110
'111" - set REFTOP_VBGADJ[2:0] to 3'b111

Sven Schwermer reported:

"These are the symptoms: Very few of the thousands of devices that we
manufacture (&lt; 1%) fail to decompress a large XZ archive once in Linux
userspace. We have not found any form of memory testing or other load
that reproduces this issue. Reverting the offending patch fixes this
behavior on the affected devices."

Revert the offending commit to fix the regression.

This symbol is not something that the user should be enabling or
disabling but rather the developer for a particular board should select
it when required.

This is mostly size neutral, however a few places do have changes. In
the case of i.MX6ULL systems, it is always the case that
arch_misc_init() could call setup_serial_number() and do useful work,
but was not enabled widely, but now is. In the case of i.MX23/28
systems, we should be able to call mx28_fixup_vt() again here, so do so.
Finally, some platforms were calling arch_misc_init() and then not doing
anything and this results in removing the option.

Rename the variable and add ENV_ prefix, so that all configuration
options which are related to environment would have an CONFIG_ENV_
prefix. No functional change.

Use ENV_MMC_EMMC_HW_PARTITION to clarify this is the eMMC hardware
partition selector, not a software partition table entry selector.
Retain the ENV_MMC_ prefix to make it easier to search for all the
SD/MMC related ENV options. Update the help text accordingly.
