Makefile: use two double-quotations as a pair

Some editors such as Emacs can highlight source files. But their parser algorithm is not perfect. If you use one double-quotation alone, some editor cannot handle it nicely and mark source lines as a string by mistake. It is preferable to use two double-quotations as a pair. blackfin: don't use 'bool' when it causes problems

The use of 'bool' data types in globally used header files cases build errors like this: In file included from arch/blackfin/include/asm/blackfin.h:13:0, from include/common.h:92, from cmd_test.c:17: arch/blackfin/include/asm/blackfin_local.h:54:1: error: unknown type name 'bool' Use plain 'int' instead to avoid such kind of trouble. Linux Kernel abolished include/linux/config.h long time ago. (around version v2.6.18..v2.6.19) We don't need to provide Linux copatibility any more. This commit deletes include/linux/config.h and fixes source files not to include this. Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada
