microblaze: Build only DTBs for selected target

Adding more targets to repository requires some additional changes not simply just adding config file, defconfig and dts. This patch makes this process easier by building only particular DTB which is selected via defconfig that Makefile doesn't need to contain all dts files in the repository. Various Makefiles: Add SPDX-License-Identifier tags

After consulting with some of the SPDX team, the conclusion is that Makefiles are worth adding SPDX-License-Identifier tags too, and most of ours have one. This adds tags to ones that lack them and converts a few that had full (or in one case, very partial) license blobs into the equivalent tag. Cc: Kate Stewart Signed-off-by: Tom Rini

dts: generate multiple device tree blobs

It is convenient to have all device trees on the same SoC compiled. It allows for later easy repackaging without the need to re-run the make file. - Build device trees with the same SoC under arch/$(ARCH)/dts - Copy the one specified by CONFIG_DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE or DEVICE_TREE=... to dts/dt.dtb Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada
