This doesn't need to be a long, so change it.

Also adjust bi_baudrate to be unsigned.

This field gets read in one place (by "bdinfo"), and we can replace
that with getenv("ipaddr").  After all, the bi_ip_addr field is kept
up-to-date implicitly with the value of the ipaddr env var.

This pushes the ugly duplicated arch ifdef lists we maintain in various
image related files out to the arch headers themselves.

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.
