bd_info: remove bi_barudrate member from struct bd_info

gd->bd->bi_baudrate is a copy of gd->baudrate. Since baudrate is a common feature for all architectures, keep gd->baudrate only. It is true that bi_baudrate was passed to the kernel in that structure but it was a long time ago. nds32: introduce DMA allocation API

U-Boot does not compile for the adp-ag101 boards since commit a8f9cd1893bef05b92f63242228607b45821c4a7 (net: update FTGMAC100 for MMU/D-cache support) The driver assumes that the DMA allocation API are provided by all architectures.
