This CPU core is old, no boards using the CPU are left in mainline,
it has no prospects of ever being converted to DM, drop it.

This changed into access using array of structure from access to the register
using the definition of the register by macro.
And removed white space.

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.
