ARM: renesas: Rename ARCH_RMOBILE to ARCH_RENESAS

Rename ARCH_RMOBILE to ARCH_RENESAS because all the chips are made by Renesas, while only a subset of them is from the R-Mobile line. bootm: Adjust arguments of boot_os_fn
