SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini

dm: x86: spi: Convert ICH SPI driver to driver model

Convert this driver over to use driver model. Since all x86 platforms use it, move x86 to use driver model for SPI and SPI flash. Adjust all dependent code and remove the old x86 spi_init() function. Note that this does not make full use of the new PCI uclass as yet. We still scan the bus looking for the device. It should move to finding its details in the device tree. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass

x86: Test mtrr support flag before accessing mtrr msr

On some x86 processors (like Intel Quark) the MTRR registers are not supported. This is reflected by the CPUID (EAX 01H) result EDX[12]. dts: re-write dts/Makefile more simply with Kbuild

Useful rules in scripts/Makefile.lib allows us to easily generate a device tree blob and wrap it in assembly code. We do not need to parse a linker script to get output format and arch. This commit deletes ./u-boot.dtb since it is a copy of dts/dt.dtb. Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada
