Additionally the SDRAM address decoding register address is not hard coded in the C code any more. A define is introduced for this base address. Now the types of CONFIG_SYS_{ARCH, CPU, SOC, VENDOR, BOARD, CONFIG_NAME} are specified in arch/Kconfig. We can delete the ones in arch and board Kconfig files. kirkwood: kconfig: refactor Kconfig and defconfig
