Move icache_enable() and dcache_enable() function calls from board code into the CPU code and into the enable_caches() function. This is how the cache enabling code was designed to work. kconfig: remove redundant "string" type in arch and board Kconfigs

Now the types of CONFIG_SYS_{ARCH, CPU, SOC, VENDOR, BOARD, CONFIG_NAME} are specified in arch/Kconfig. We can delete the ones in arch and board Kconfig files. nios2: rebase nios2-generic board to 3c120 reference design
