powerpc: remove 4xx support

We repeated partial moves for CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH, but this is not completed. Finish this work by the tool. During this move, let's rename it to CONFIG_MTD_NOR_FLASH. Actually, we have more instances of "#ifndef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH" than those of "#ifdef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH". Flipping the logic will make the code more readable. Besides, negative meaning symbols do not fit in obj-$(CONFIG_...) style Makefiles. This commit was created as follows: [1] Edit "default n" to "default y" in the config entry in common/Kconfig. fdt: Allow ft_board_setup() to report failure

This function can fail if the device tree runs out of space. Rather than silently booting with an incomplete device tree, allow the failure to be detected. Unfortunately this involves changing a lot of places in the code. I have not changed behvaiour to return an error where one is not currently returned, to avoid unexpected breakage. Eventually it would be nice to allow boards to register functions to be called to update the device tree. This would avoid all the many functions to do this. ppc4xx: Remove 4xx NAND booting support

As ppc4xx currently only supports the deprecated nand_spl infrastructure and nobody seems to have time / resources to port this over to the newer SPL infrastructure, lets remove NAND booting completely. This should not affect the "normal", non NAND-booting ppc4xx platforms that are currently supported. Fix incorrect use of getenv() before relocation

A large number of boards incorrectly used getenv() in their board init code running before relocation. In some cases this caused U-Boot to hang when certain environment variables grew too long. Fix the code to use getenv_r(). ppc4xx: Enable NOR flash support in sequoia_ramboot target

ppc4xx: Big header cleanup, mostly PPC440 related

This patch starts a bit PPC4xx header cleanup. First patch mostly touches PPC440 files. A later patch will touch the PPC405 files as well. This cleanup is done by creating header files for all SoC versions and moving the SoC specific defines into these special headers. ppc4xx: Move ppc4xx headers to powerpc include directory

This patch moves some ppc4xx related headers from the common include directory (include/) to the powerpc specific one (arch/powerpc/include/asm/). This way to common include directory is not so cluttered with files. Signed-off-by: Stefan Roese
