When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

The file include/eeprom.h is used only in some legacy non-DM I2C EEPROM
access cases. Remove most inclusions of this file as they are not
needed.

dm: treewide: Use uclass_next_device_err when accessing second device

There are a couple users of uclass_next_device return value that get the
first device by other means and use uclass_next_device assuming the
following device in the uclass is related to the first one.

Use uclass_next_device_err because the return value from
uclass_next_device will be removed in a later patch.

dectoul() function and update the code to use it.

common: Drop asm/global_data.h from common header

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed.  In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly.   Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include  at all, so
remove that include.

board: atmel: common: introduce at91_set_eth1addr for second interface

We already have a function to retrieve the mac address from one EEPROM.
For boards with a second Ethernet interface, however, we would
require another EEPROM with a second unique MAC address.
Introduce at91_set_eth1addr which will look for a second EEPROM
and set the 'eth1addr' variable with the obtained MAC address.

w1: Drop dm.h header file

and use a forward declaration instead.
