da850: Add instructions to copy AIS image to an MMC card

Move (and rename) the following CONFIG options to Kconfig: CONFIG_DAVINCI_MMC (renamed to CONFIG_MMC_DAVINCI) CONFIG_OMAP_HSMMC (renamed to CONFIG_MMC_OMAP_HS) CONFIG_MXC_MMC (renamed to CONFIG_MMC_MXC) CONFIG_MXS_MMC (renamed to CONFIG_MMC_MXS) CONFIG_TEGRA_MMC (renamed to CONFIG_MMC_SDHCI_TEGRA) CONFIG_SUNXI_MMC (renamed to CONFIG_MMC_SUNXI) They are the same option names as used in Linux. NAND SPL boot was missing. Add it. The README specific to omapl138-lcdk is also removed because its content does not apply anymore, i.e. the generated AIS image can be flashed directly to the NAND without using any external tool to create and bootable AIS image. davinci: omapl138_lcdk: keep booting even when MAC address is invalid

If the MAC address specified on the EEPROM is invalid (multicast or zero address), then u-boot fails to boot. Having a bad MAC address in the EEPROM should not prevent the system from booting.
