Enable a DMed i2c driver for the ea-lpc3250devkitv2 board.
Include some sample commands/output for testing.

Add basic support for running U-Boot on the Embedded Artists LPC3250
Developer's Kit v2 board by launching U-Boot from the board's s1l loader
(which comes pre-installed on the board).
