libfdt: move headers to and

Thomas reported U-Boot failed to build host tools if libfdt-devel package is installed because tools include libfdt headers from /usr/include/ instead of using internal ones. env: Rename getenv/_f() to env_get()

We are now using an env_ prefix for environment functions. Rename these two functions for consistency. Also add function comments in common.h.
