When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master. This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35. Reported-by: Jonas Karlman Signed-off-by: Tom Rini

board: rockchip: rk3399: Remove unused board_early_init_f functions

These functions is excluded from SPL build and BOARD_EARLY_INIT_F is not enabled for any of the affected boards, so this legacy code is not used. Rockchip common board code already enable all regulators flagged as always-on or boot-on in device tree, and fixed/gpio regulators now have basic reference counting support so the original intent of this code is no longer valid. rockchip: include asm/io.h directly in asm/arch-rockchip/hardware.h

The different macros use writel which is defined in asm/io.h, so let's include the header so users of hardware.h do not need to include asm/io.h as well.
