board: nxp: Rename board directory from board/freescale to board/nxp

This patch renames the board directory from board/freescale to board/nxp because NXP now provides Board Support Packages (BSPs) and tools for the former Freescale i.MX and other i.MX products. When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master. We need to include directly when a file needs to have something such as CFG_SYS_SDRAM_SIZE referenced as this file is not automatically globally included and is most commonly indirectly included via common.h.
