kbuild: rename TOPDIR to stctree

Prior to Kbuild, $(TOPDIR) or $(SRCTREE) was used for pointing to the top of source directory. (No difference between the two.) In Kbuild style, $(srctree) is used instead. This commit renames TOPDIR to srctree and delete the defition of TOPDIR. Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada

powerpc: mpc8260: consolidate CONFIG_MPC8260 and CONFIG_8260

Before this commit, CONFIG_MPC8260 and CONFIG_8260 were used mixed-up. All boards with mpc8260 cpu defined both of them: - CONFIG_MPC8260 was defined in board config headers and include/common.h - CONFIG_8260 was defined arch/powerpc/cpu/mpc8260/config.mk We do not need to have both of them. This commit keeps only CONFIG_MPC8260. This commit does: - Delete CONFIG_8260 and CONFIG_MPC8260 definition in config headers and include/common.h - Rename CONFIG_8260 to CONFIG_MPC8260 in arch/powerpc/cpu/mpc8260/config.mk. - Rename #ifdef CONFIG_8260 to #ifdef CONFIG_MPC8260 Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada Cc: Wolfgang Denk

replace last __bss_end occurrences with bss_end

Simon Glass' commit 3929fb0a141530551b3fce15ee08629f80d5ef2a, which changed all occurrences of __bss__end__ into __bss_end, left behind some untouched __bss_end__ occurrences in all 33 u-boot.lds.debug files, in board/mousse/u-boot.lds.ram and in board/mousse/u-boot.lds.rom. We also had a minor conflict over README.scrapyard being added to in mainline and enhanced in u-boot-arm/master with proper formatting. Replace __bss_end with bss_end

Note this is a tree-wide change affecting multiple architectures. At present we use __bss_start, but mostly __bss_end__. This seems inconsistent and in a number of places __bss_end is used instead. Change to use __bss_end for the BSS end symbol throughout U-Boot. This makes it possible to use the asm-generic/sections.h file on all archs. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass

Refactor linker-generated arrays

Refactor linker-generated array code so that symbols which were previously linker-generated are now compiler- generated. This causes relocation records of type R_ARM_ABS32 to become R_ARM_RELATIVE, which makes code which uses LGA able to run before relocation as well as after. Note: this affects more than ARM targets, as linker- lists span possibly all target architectures, notably PowerPC.
