<title>treewide: move bi_dram[] from bd to gd</title>

Currently, the bi_dram[] information is stored in the board info
structure (bd). Because bd is only valid after reserve_board(),
dram_init_banksize() must be called late in the initialization process.
This limitation is problematic, as it forces us to rely on a variety of
bespoke functions to determine board RAM, bank memory sizes, and other
early setup requirements.

By moving bi_dram[] into the global data (gd), we can run it earlier.
This is particularly convenient since boards define their own
dram_init_banksize() routines, which do not always rely on parsing
Device Tree (DT) memory nodes.

Additionally, U-Boot defaults to relocating to the top of the first memory
bank. While boards currently use custom functions to override this
behavior, having the DRAM bank information available earlier in gd makes
relocating to a different bank trivial and standardizes the process.

arch/arm/dts/imx8mq-kontron-pitx-imx8m.dts is almost same as upstream Linux
dts, so switch to OF_UPSTREAM by dropping the U-Boot copy of the dts,
enabling OF_UPSTREAM and updating CONFIG_DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE.

Migrate the Kontron PITX-IMX8M board from the legacy power framework
to the DM PMIC infrastructure.

The SPL power initialization is converted to use DM_PMIC_PFUZE100,
dropping all legacy I2C, GPIO, pinmux, and MMC setup code that is
now handled through the device tree and driver model instead.

Key changes:
- Switch PFUZE100 access to DM PMIC APIs
- Enable SPL OF_CONTROL and mark required nodes with bootph*
- Remove legacy I2C and power configuration
- Enable SPL DM, pinctrl, regulator, and PMIC support
- Adjust SPL stack placement for DM usage

The global data (gd) area is already zeroed in
board_init_f_init_reserve() before board_init_f() is called.
Remove the duplicate gd clearing from board_init_f().

This platform enables CONFIG_BOARD_EARLY_INIT_F and then has a
do-nothing board_early_init_f function. Change to not enabling the
option and so not needing an empty function.

Remove DECLARE_GLOBAL_DATA_PTR from files where gd is not used, and
drop the unnecessary inclusion of asm/global_data.h.

Headers should be included directly by the files that need them,
rather than indirectly via global_data.h.

The factory provides a CPU UID in the OTPs and the SoM module
and the carrier board might provide additional UIDs in the GP
registers of the OTPs. Load these values in the following order
and create a serial number string:

* Board UID (GP2)
* SoM UID (GP1)
* CPU UID (UNIQUE_ID)

The string is stored in the "serial#" env variable and
exported to Linux. Further this prints the used UID to the
console which looks like this

  ID:    0042152331 (Board)

or:

  ID:    0030124840 (SoM)
