Move arch/ppc to arch/powerpc

As discussed on the list, move "arch/ppc" to "arch/powerpc" to better match the Linux directory structure. Please note that this patch also changes the "ppc" target in MAKEALL to "powerpc" to match this new infrastructure. But "ppc" is kept as an alias for now, to not break compatibility with scripts using this name. 5xxx, fdt: move fdt_fixup_memory() to cpu.c file

Remove deprecated 'autoscr' command/variables

The more standard 'source' command provides identical functionality to the autoscr command. Environment variable names/values on the MVBC_P, MVBML7, kmeter1, mgcoge, and km8xx boards are updated to no longer refernce 'autoscr'.
