An upcoming version of Overo uses a Wifi/BT module with 1.8V signaling, eliminating the need for an external transceiver to handle the level shifting. TWL4030: make LEDs selectable for twl4030_led_init()

Not all boards have both LEDs hooked, so enabling both on boards with single LED will just waste power. Make it possible to choose LEDs by adding argument to twl4030_led_init(). TI: OMAP3: Overo Tobi ethernet support

Add setup for ethernet on Tobi, allowing kernel/ramdisk to be loaded over tftp. This also refactors the smc911x driver to allow for detecting when the chip is missing.
