imx: reorganize IMX code as other SOCs

rockchip: Add basic support for phyCORE-RK3288 SoM based carrier board

The phyCORE-RK3288 is a SoM (System on Module) containing a RK3288 SoC. The module can be connected to different carrier boards. It can be also equipped with different RAM, SPI flash and eMMC variants. The Rapid Development Kit option is using the following setup: - 1 GB DDR3 RAM (2 Banks) - 1x 4 KB EEPROM - DP83867 Gigabit Ethernet PHY - 16 MB SPI Flash - 4 GB eMMC Flash Add basic support for the PCM-947 carrier board, a RK3288 based development board made by PHYTEC. Kconfig: Add a CONFIG_IDE option

At present IDE support is controlled by CONFIG_CMD_IDE. Add a separate CONFIG_IDE option so that IDE support can be enabled without requiring the 'ide' command. Update existing users and move the ide driver into drivers/block since it should not be in common/. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass

The variable nfc_pads is only referenced when CONFIG_CMD_NAND is set, add a gaurd. The variable gpio_pads is never referenced, drop it. The variable usdhc4_pads are only referenced when we do not have CONFIG_CMD_NAND set and we are not doing an SPL build, modify the existing guard. pcm052: fix DDR initialization sequence

The sequence erroneously launched the DDR controller initialization before the pad muxing was done, causing DRAM size computation to hang. Configuring the pads first then launching DDR controller initialization prevents the DRAM hanging. Signed-off-by: Albert ARIBAUD (3ADEV)
