nand: Embed mtd_info in struct nand_chip

nand_info[] is now an array of pointers, with the actual mtd_info instance embedded in struct nand_chip. This is in preparation for syncing the NAND code with Linux 4.6, which makes the same change to struct nand_chip. net: Remove the bd* parameter from net stack functions

This value is not used by the network stack and is available in the global data, so stop passing it around. For the one legacy function that still expects it (init op on old Ethernet drivers) pass in the global pointer version directly to avoid changing that interface. ARM: at91: move board select menu and common settings

The board select menu in arch/arm/Kconfig is still big. To slim down it, this commit moves AT91 boards to arch/arm/mach-at91/Kconfig. Also, consolidate "config SYS_SOC" in each board Kconfig. kconfig: arm: introduce symbol for ARM CPUs

This commit introduces a Kconfig symbol for each ARM CPU: CPU_ARM720T, CPU_ARM920T, CPU_ARM926EJS, CPU_ARM946ES, CPU_ARM1136, CPU_ARM1176, CPU_V7, CPU_PXA, CPU_SA1100. Also, it adds the CPU feature Kconfig symbol HAS_VBAR which is selected for CPU_ARM1176 and CPU_V7. For each target, the corresponding CPU is selected and the definition of SYS_CPU in the corresponding Kconfig file is removed. Also, it removes redundant "string" type in some Kconfig files.
