The TQMa6UL[L]x is a family of SoMs based on the i.MX6UL[L] SoCs. They are available either with board connectors or as LGA packages with solder balls. Add Support for the SoM and its combination with our MBa6ULx carrier board. For use with the MBa6ULx carrier board, the LGA variant is soldered onto an adapter board. New SoM revision use series termination for eMMC signals while older do not. To prevent signal overshot on older revisions, DSR must be set and limited.
