video: Add a note about the broken implementation

video: Clear the vidconsole rather than the video

It is better to clear the console device rather than the video device, since the console has the text display. We also need to reset the cursor position with the console, but not with the video device. Add a new function to handle this and update the 'cls' command to use it. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass

cmd: add serial console support for the cls command

Currently the cls command does not support the serial console The screen can be cleared in the video uclass, the colored frame buffer console, and the serial console by sending the same escape sequence. command: Remove the cmd_tbl_t typedef

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward declarations which means that header files must include the full header to access them. Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is now not useful. This requires quite a few header-file additions. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass

Add common clear screen command for configurations CONFIG_DM_VIDEO, CONFIG_LCD and CONFIG_CFB_CONSOLE. Remove the existing cls command implementation from lcd.c code and activate the command for all boards enabling CONFIG_LCD for compatibility reasons.
