In do_bootvx the environment variable 'bootdev' is fetched and copied
into a buffer without confirming that it will not overflow that buffer.
Use strlcpy to ensure that the buffer will not be overflowed.

This issue was found by Smatch.

<title>net: Remove env_get_ip helper() function</title>

Currently, we have the function env_get_ip which takes an IP address
in string form and returns a struct in_addr representation of that
address. It is however little used and means that a number of places
indirectly (and unclearly) get &lt;env.h&gt; via &lt;net.h&gt;. To clean this up
start by replacing env_get_ip() calls with string_to_ip() calls. This is
generally a no-op as env_get_ip(str) is an inline of
string_to_ip(env_get(str)) but in a few cases we can or already have
stored the result of env_get(str) and can save the additional call.

Add what it takes to enable NETDEVICES with NET_LWIP and enable DHCP as
well as the dhcp command. CMD_TFTPBOOT is selected by BOOTMETH_EFI due
to this code having an implicit dependency on do_tftpb().

Note that PXE is likely non-fonctional with NET_LWIP (or at least not
100% functional) because DHCP option 209 is not supported by the lwIP
library. Therefore, BOOTP_PXE_DHCP_OPTION cannot be enabled.

There are lots of usecases for running baremetal ELF
binaries via bootelf but if you enable bootelf you
get bootvx as well and you probably don't want or need
it.

Hide bootvx behind it's own configuration option.

<title>lmb: make LMB memory map persistent and global</title>

The current LMB API's for allocating and reserving memory use a
per-caller based memory view. Memory allocated by a caller can then be
overwritten by another caller. Make these allocations and reservations
persistent using the alloced list data structure.

Two alloced lists are declared -- one for the available(free) memory,
and one for the used memory. Once full, the list can then be extended
at runtime.

Loading and running the ELF image is the responsibility of the
library and should not be associated with the command line interface.

It is also required to run ELF images from FIT with the bootm command
so as not to depend on the command line interface.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay

so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
