With the changes to make the LMB reservations persistent, the common
memory regions are being added during board init. Remove the
now superfluous lmb_init_and_reserve() function.

The current LMB API's for allocating and reserving memory use a
per-caller based memory view. Memory allocated by a caller can then be
overwritten by another caller. Make these allocations and reservations
persistent using the alloced list data structure.

Two alloced lists are declared -- one for the available(free) memory,
and one for the used memory. Once full, the list can then be extended
at runtime.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

The function getchar() returns an 'int' and not a 'char'. Coverity notes
that "Assigning the return value of getchar to char ... truncates its value."
and so for the most part we can resolve this easily by using 'int' as
intended, and often used throughout the codebase. A few places are not
so simple and would require further re-architecting of the code in order
to change this, so we leave them be.

The loads and saves commands crash on the sandbox due to illegal memory
access.

For command line arguments the sandbox uses a virtual address space which
does not equal the addresses of the memory allocated with memmap(). Add the
missing address translations for the loads and saves commands.

A large number of files include <flash.h> as it used to be how various
SPI flash related functions were found, or for other reasons entirely.
In order to migrate some further CONFIG symbols to Kconfig we need to
not include flash.h in cases where we don't have a NOR flash of some
sort enabled.  Furthermore, in cases where we are in common code and it
doesn't make sense to try and further refactor the code itself in to new
files we need to guard this inclusion.
