The argument parsing code in the pmic command uses an implicit switch/case
fallthrough to handle the common part of having one or two arguments.

Add our "fallthrough;" statement-like macro before the second branch in
the parsing code, to avoid a warning when GCC's -Wimplicit-fallthrough
warning option is enabled.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

There are a few commands that iterate uclass with
uclass_first_device/uclass_next_device or the _err variant.

Use the _check class iterator variant to get devices that fail to probe
as well, and print the status.

At present various drivers etc. access the device's 'seq' member directly.
This makes it harder to change the meaning of that member. Change access
to go through a function instead.

The drivers/i2c/lpc32xx_i2c.c file is left unchanged for now.

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.

Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.

This requires quite a few header-file additions.

<title>pmic: allow dump command for non contiguous register maps</title>

Some PMICs (such as the DA9063) have non-contiguous register maps.
Attempting to read the non implemented registers returns an error
rather than a dummy value which causes 'pmic dump' to terminate
prematurely.

Fix this by allowing the PMIC driver to return -ENODATA for such
registers, which will then be displayed as '--' by pmic dump.

Use a single error code rather than any error code so that
we can distinguish between a hardware failure reading the PMIC
and a non implemented register known to the driver.

Up till now it was only possible to use 'pmic' command with a single byte
transmission.
The pmic_read|write functions has been replaced with ones, which don't need
the transmission length as a parameter.

Due to that it is possible now to read data from PMICs transmitting more
data than 1 byte at once (e.g. mc34708)
