Pin control protocol name was not added into 'protocol_name' array,
however Pin control was supported on i.MX95. So add it.

After adding the U_BOOT_LONGHELP macro some new commands came in still
that were not making use if it. Switch these cases over and in a few
places add missing newlines as well.

This command, "scmi", may provide a command line interface to various SCMI
protocols. It supports at least initially SCMI base protocol and is
intended mainly for debug purpose.
