cmd: ximg: handle Z_BUF_ERROR explicitly in GZIP decompression

When decompressing GZIP-compressed image parts via the `imxtract` command,
explicitly handle the `Z_BUF_ERROR` return value from `gunzip()` to provide
a clearer diagnostic. This error typically indicates that the destination
buffer is too small to hold the uncompressed data.

boot: Rename fit_image_get_data_and_size()

This function is really just getting the data. The size comes along for
the ride. In fact this function is only reliable way to obtain the data
for an image in a FIT, since the FIT may use external data.

Rename it to fit_image_get_data()

imxtract: add support for zstd-compressed images

Allow extraction of zstd-compressed images from FIT using imxtract
command. This is especially useful when one has to load an image via
some interface (e.g. SPI) rather that just to the memory.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

imxtract: specify max gunzip size

Specify max gunzip size from config to override SYS_XIMG_LEN
default value wich is 0x800000. In case we have a large portion of FIT
image, for example gzipped kernel with decompressed size large than
0x800000 we should enlarge imxract area, otherwise extracting it will
fail.

It used to be a hardcoded define in cmd/ximg.c and we are moving it to
config.

- Generally we just drop the #ifdef CONFIG_SYS_LONGHELP and endif lines
  and use U_BOOT_LONGHELP to declare the same variable name as before
- In a few places, either rename the variable to follow convention or
  introduce the variable as it was being done inline before.

global: Finish CONFIG -> CFG migration

At this point, the remaining places where we have a symbol that is
defined as CONFIG_... are in fairly odd locations. While as much dead
code has been removed as possible, some of these locations are simply
less obvious at first. In other cases, this code is used, but was
defined in such a way as to have been missed by earlier checks.  Perform
a rename of all such remaining symbols to be CFG_... rather than
CONFIG_...
