Make sure the 'exit' command as well as 'exit $val' command exits
from environment scripts immediately and propagates return value
out of those scripts fully. That means the following behavior is
expected:

"
=> setenv foo 'echo bar ; exit 1' ; run foo ; echo $?

=> setenv foo 'echo bar ; exit 0' ; run foo ; echo $?
bar

=> setenv foo 'echo bar ; exit -2' ; run foo ; echo $?

As well as the followin behavior:

Add a basic test of the 'fdt addr' command, to kick things off.

This includes a new convenience function to run a command from a printf()
string.

The current API is outdated as it requires a devicetree pointer.

Move these functions to use the ofnode API and update this globally. Add
some tests while we are here.

Correct the call in exynos_dsim_config_parse_dt() which is obviously
wrong.

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.

Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.

This requires quite a few header-file additions.

If CONFIG_CMDLINE=n, common/cli.c calls board_run_command. This fails to
link on most architectures. However, the sandbox architecture has an
implementation which we can use.

At present panic() is in the vsprintf.h header file. That does not seem
like an obvious choice for hang(), even though it relates to panic(). So
let's put hang() in its own header.
