cmd: date: Change to use CONFIG_DM_RTC instead of CONFIG_DM_I2C

Currently CONFIG_DM_I2C is used in cmd_date.c for driver model,
but it should be actually CONFIG_DM_RTC.

CONFIG_DM_I2C. This will permit it to be used in sandbox also.

rtc: Set valid date after reset

Some RTC chips tend to set garbage date after reset.
This patch sets the date to 2000-01-01 00:00 immediatelly
after the RTC chip reset is issued using the "date reset"
command.

Convert cmd_usage() calls in common to use a return value

Change all files in common/ to use CMD_RET_USAGE instead of calling
cmd_usage() directly. I'm not completely sure about this patch since
the code since impact is small (100 byte or so on ARM) and it might
need splitting into smaller patches. But for now here it is.
